5 No-Bake Desserts With Lotus Biscoff, Nutella and Oreo (No Oven Needed)

No bake desserts made with Lotus Biscoff and Nutella spreads available in Pakistan

Almost every viral no-bake dessert you have seen is the same three layers: a crushed biscuit base, a creamy middle, and a warmed spread poured over the top. Learn the ratios once and you can make a dozen different desserts without ever turning on an oven.

That matters more here than in most countries. Plenty of Pakistani kitchens do not have a reliable oven, and in June nobody wants to run one anyway. No-bake solves both problems, and it happens to be built around exactly the imported spreads and biscuits that are easy to get hold of now.

Below are five desserts, the formula behind all of them, and the honest guidance on which spread to use where. Everything is built from things in imported spreads and pantry items and imported biscuits and cookies.

The formula behind every no-bake dessert

Infographic of the three layer no bake dessert formula, biscuit base, cream middle and warmed spread topping

Base: crushed biscuit and melted butter, two parts biscuit to one part butter by weight. A 250g pack of Biscoff with 125g of butter lines a standard 8 inch dish.

Middle: cream cheese or whipped cream, folded with a few spoons of spread and a little icing sugar. Fold, do not beat. Overworking it splits the mixture and you cannot bring it back.

Top: spread warmed for about ten seconds so it pours, then poured thin. Ten seconds is enough. Thirty makes it runny and it soaks into the layer below.

Change any one of those three parts and you have a new dessert. That is the whole trick.

1. Biscoff no-bake cheesecake

The one everybody asks for. Crush 250g of Lotus Biscoff biscuits to fine crumbs, mix with 125g melted butter, press firmly into a lined tin and chill for 30 minutes.

For the filling, fold 400g cream cheese with 150ml whipped cream, 80g icing sugar and four heaped tablespoons of Lotus Biscoff spread. Spoon onto the base and level it.

Chill four hours minimum, overnight if you can. Before serving, warm three tablespoons of spread for ten seconds and pour over the top, then press whole biscuits around the edge.

Cost note: one 250g biscuit pack at PKR 895 and one 400g spread jar at PKR 2,295 make this cheesecake with spread left over for two more desserts.

2. Nutella stuffed pancakes

Not technically no-bake, but no oven and ready in fifteen minutes. Make your usual pancake batter, pour a small round in the pan, drop a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle, then cover with another spoon of batter and cook through.

The trick nobody mentions: chill the Nutella in the freezer for 20 minutes first and scoop it into small balls. Cold Nutella holds its shape instead of leaking out the sides.

3. Oreo and chocolate fridge tart

Crush a 110g pack of Oreo biscuits, cream included, with 60g melted butter and press into a dish. Melt 200g of milk chocolate from the imported chocolate range with 200ml cream, stirring until glossy, then pour over the base.

Chill three hours. Top with more crushed Oreo just before serving so it stays crunchy. This is the cheapest dessert on the list and the one that disappears fastest at a gathering.

4. Biscoff and banana dessert cups

Layer crushed Biscoff, sliced banana, whipped cream and a drizzle of warmed spread in a glass. Repeat. Finish with half a biscuit standing in the cream.

Six glasses take about fifteen minutes and no equipment beyond a spoon. This is the format most dessert shops in Islamabad and Lahore have built their menus on, and it costs a fraction to make at home.

5. Three ingredient chocolate fudge

Melt 300g milk chocolate with 200g condensed milk over low heat, stir in three tablespoons of Nutella or Biscoff spread, pour into a lined tin and chill for four hours. Cut into squares.

Add a handful of crushed pistachios on top and you are close to the flavour of the Dubai chocolate everyone is chasing. For the real thing, we have a full Dubai chocolate recipe with the kataifi step included.

Biscoff or Nutella: which one for which dessert

They are not interchangeable and swapping one for the other changes the dessert completely.

Lotus Biscoff spread Nutella
Flavour base Caramelised biscuit, cinnamon Cocoa and roasted hazelnut
Sweetness Deep, slightly savoury finish Straightforward sweet
Sets when chilled Firms up nicely Stays soft
Best for Cheesecake, dessert cups, tiramisu Pancakes, fudge, toast, filling
Price PKR 2,295 for 400g PKR 2,500 for 350g

Biscoff is the better base for anything that needs to slice cleanly, because it firms up in the fridge. Nutella stays soft, which makes it the better filling and the better drizzle. Most households that bake regularly end up keeping both.

Four mistakes that ruin no-bake desserts

  1. Not chilling long enough. Four hours is the minimum for anything you intend to slice. Overnight is better. This is the reason most homemade cheesecakes slide off the plate.
  2. Overheating the spread. Ten seconds in the microwave. Beyond that it becomes runny and soaks straight into the layer underneath instead of sitting on top.
  3. Beating the cream cheese mixture. Fold it gently. Beating splits it and turns the texture grainy.
  4. Adding crunchy toppings too early. Crushed biscuit on top goes soft within an hour in the fridge. Add it right before it goes on the table.

Scaling it up for a dawat

Everything above serves six to eight. Once you are cooking for a dawat, an Eid lunch or a family gathering, the maths changes and so does the format.

Switch from a tin to glasses. A single large cheesecake is difficult to portion cleanly in front of twenty guests, and the first slice always looks worst. Dessert cups solve it completely. Everyone gets an identical portion, nothing needs cutting, and you can build them a day ahead and stack them in the fridge.

Here is what you need for larger numbers, using the dessert cup format.

Guests Biscuit Spread Cream cheese Cream
10 250g pack 200g 400g 250ml
20 2 x 250g packs 400g jar 800g 500ml
30 3 x 250g packs 600g 1.2kg 750ml

Make-ahead timing that actually works. Crush the biscuit and press the bases two days before. Make the cream layer the day before and keep it covered. Do the spread drizzle and the biscuit garnish within an hour of serving, never earlier, or the crunch is gone by the time it reaches the table.

For thirty guests you are looking at roughly PKR 7,000 to 7,500 in imported ingredients, which works out around PKR 240 a head for a dessert that looks like it came from a shop. Buying spreads and biscuits in larger quantities brings that down further, and case pricing is available through wholesale deals if you are catering regularly.

What to keep in the cupboard

You can make all five of these from a short list, and the spreads keep for months unopened.

The no-bake starter kit

One jar of Lotus Biscoff spread 400g at PKR 2,295, one Nutella 350g at PKR 2,500, a 250g Biscoff biscuit pack at PKR 895 and a roll of Oreo at PKR 499. Add a bar or two from imported chocolates for the fudge. That covers every recipe on this page, with spread left over. Nationwide delivery from Islamabad, cash on delivery available.

Storing and serving

  • Keep finished desserts covered in the fridge and eat within three days. Whipped cream fillings do not hold longer than that in our climate.
  • Store unopened spread jars at room temperature. Refrigerating Nutella or Biscoff makes them hard and grainy.
  • Always use a clean, dry knife in the jar. Crumbs and moisture shorten its life dramatically.
  • Take a chilled cheesecake out ten minutes before serving. Straight from the fridge, the flavour is muted.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Lotus Biscoff spread price in Pakistan?

Lotus Biscoff Spread Original 400g is PKR 2,295. The matching biscuits are PKR 899 for 124g and PKR 895 for the 250g family pack, so the bigger pack is the obvious buy. Prices last checked October 2026.

Can I use Nutella instead of Biscoff in a cheesecake?

You can, but the texture changes. Biscoff firms up when chilled and slices cleanly. Nutella stays soft, so a Nutella cheesecake needs either more cream cheese or a longer chill to hold its shape.

How long does a no-bake cheesecake need to set?

Four hours minimum, overnight is better. Under-chilling is the single most common reason a no-bake cheesecake collapses when you cut it.

Do I need gelatine?

No. Cream cheese and whipped cream set firmly enough on their own if the ratio is right and you chill it long enough. Gelatine gives a firmer, bouncier set if you prefer that texture.

What can I use instead of cream cheese?

Thick hung curd, drained overnight in a muslin cloth, works reasonably well and is cheaper. The flavour is tangier and the set is slightly softer, so chill it longer.

Is Biscoff spread the same as the biscuits?

Yes, essentially. Biscoff spread is the same caramelised speculoos biscuit ground into a smooth paste, which is why the two work so well together in one dessert.

How far ahead can I make these for a party?

Bases two days ahead, cream layers one day ahead, and the spread drizzle plus any crunchy garnish within an hour of serving. That sequence keeps the texture right.

Are these desserts very high in calories?

Yes. Biscoff spread is around 593 kcal per 100g and Nutella around 539, so these are treats rather than everyday food. If you are deliberately trying to gain weight, that density is useful, and we cover it in our guide to high calorie snacks in Pakistan.

Do you deliver spreads and biscuits across Pakistan?

Yes. We dispatch nationwide from Islamabad. Glass jars are cushioned and boxed, with same working day handling in the twin cities and next working day delivery to most other cities.
